Before you can address equality and diversity issues in your company you need to know how you are doing. We will work with you, looking at the different aspects of your organisation and how they are dealing with equality and diversity. That could be anything from how customer service deal with a disabled customer to your policies on part-time workers.
We'll then collate an audit report based on our findings which will give you both constructive feedback and a number of recommendations. The report helps you identify the issues you need to deal with immediately but also tells you what you are doing well. We'll give you some clear targets to aim at and a way of achieving them.
