Train the Trainer
Your trainer training will be for your internal trainers or managers, building your capacity and knowledge so you continue to grow and develop as an organisation. Trainers who attend this course may already have some experience of delivering equality and diversity training and be committed to removing artificial barriers for both employees and customers.
This training is usually carried out in small groups and involves gaining up-to-date knowledge on equality and diversity, training methods that can be used to get results in the workplace and face to face coaching to encourage and boost the confidence of your trainers.
A phased approach including attending training, observing trsining, co-training and supervised trsining can be tailored for each individual learner as their confidence and competence increases.
